COLLECTION
We operate a fleet of Heavy Vehicles including skip lorries, grab lorries and drop-side flat-bed tipper lorries. All vehicles and drivers are equipped with mobile communication systems and are constantly moving around the domestic servicing customers requirements.

Skips, bins, drums and pallets are available to be placed on suppliers sites and lifted/exchanged at short notice. For worldwide collections we employ well recognised hauliers utilising taut-liners, bulk tippers and box containers.

PROCESSING AND SORTING

A brand new multifunctional Metso LINDEMANN ETACUT 1000 t shear is used to cut structional and heavy scrap and two scrap balers are to produce 30x40 and 40x40 cm. new production bales in to furnace feed grades.

Non-ferrous waste, including copper,brass,aluminium and stainless steel grades is separated from the metal stream, which is sorted and processed into foundries’ required specifications.

Mixed products can be sorted and segregated down to their component alloys. Where necessary, out-turn reports can be supplied to customers before materials are disposed of. We are capable of identifying most alloys using latest  and full chemical analysis where necessary.

PAYMENT
We place particular emphasis on our financial strengths and always honour our contracts  to agreed payment terms. In some cases we are willing to pay promptly on receipt/collection of materials.
